Legislation

The Legislation module covers the legislative process from a government draft to its publication, together with parliamentary questions and official publications. Open PUBLIC → Legislation in the sidebar when the module is enabled for the organization. It opens on the Process tab.

Tabs

• Process — government legislative projects (RCL) and their legislative journeys, from drafting through the Sejm, the Senate, and the President to publication. See Process and legislative journeys.
• Interpellations — Sejm interpellations and written questions, with their official replies. See Interpellations and questions.
• Published acts — official journals and, when included in the organization's plan, publications of ministries and offices. See Published acts and publications.

Sejm committees and their members are presented in Stakeholders. Sejm and Senate votes, presidential decisions, and Constitutional Tribunal cases are presented in Votes.

Lists and filters

Each tab keeps its filters in the sidebar. Text filters apply after a short pause in typing; the other filters apply immediately. Further entries load as the list is scrolled.

• Short titles shows the short name of a project or question instead of the official title. The official title appears when hovering over a shortened row. The choice is remembered and applies to every list that offers it, including the President and CT tabs in Votes.
• Clear filters on the Process and Interpellations tabs resets the search and filters. Display switches such as Short titles and the pinning switches stay as they are. Source pages under Published acts use Reset filters instead.

Tracking projects and questions

Projects and questions can be monitored directly from the lists or from their pages. Tracking creates an alert in the Tracker.

1. On a wider screen, select one or more rows with their checkboxes. A bar with the number of selected items appears at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Track selected. The Alert creation dialog asks who can see the alert and how sensitive it should be.
3. Confirm with Start tracking.

On a project or question page, the same dialog opens from Track this project or Track this question in Actions. Once the item is tracked, the button changes to See alert and opens the alert.

Tracked rows are highlighted. With Pin tracked projects or Pin tracked questions switched on, they stay at the top of the list, whatever the filters. With the switch off, tracked rows returned by the current filters keep their place in the list, and the other tracked rows stay at the top. A tracked item paused in the Tracker is marked Paused. When tracked rows are selected, the bar also offers Resume selected alerts, Pause selected alerts, and Delete selected alerts. Deleting asks for confirmation; it permanently removes the alerts and their saved matches and cannot be undone. For alert settings and matches, see Tracker.

Opening legislation from other modules

• Advisor — source chips for government projects, project documents, interpellations, Sejm prints, and acts open the corresponding page here. A cited passage opens the document reader and highlights the cited fragment. If a cited Sejm print contains several documents, Print documents lists them; select the one to read. If the document cannot be opened, Document unavailable is shown.
• Search — results in the Legislation and Ministries and offices categories open the same pages.
• Votes — acts awaiting a presidential decision, presidential decisions, and the related items of Sejm and Senate votes link to legislative journeys.
• Stakeholders — institution profiles show Latest publications with links to the institution's publications, and question pages link authors and recipients to their profiles.

Source content

Titles, documents, and official texts retain their original language when the interface language changes. Automated summaries support reading but do not replace the official text; verify important details in the linked source.
